We get it. Sometimes things don't work out as you had hoped. If that is the case with your purchase, we would like to make it right.
If undamaged:
For a full product refund, please return the undamaged product to Preventive Vet at P.O. Box 27552, Seattle, WA 98165, along with the reason for not wanting it. Also include the name and address on the order. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned package.
If damaged:
If your product is damaged, please contact us to let us know what happened and, together, we'll figure out how to make it right.
