The iClean mini turns regular tap water into a powerful disinfectant, utilizing the power of ozone. While it may seem almost too good to be true, this technology has been proven by independent laboratories to kill a wide range of pathogens, including COVID-19, Canine Parvovirus, Feline calicivirus, E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and many, many more.

"The iClean mini offers pet owners the peace of mind that they are using not only a highly effective disinfecting product but one that is extremely safe to all members of the household.
What is better than knowing that no harm will come to one’s pets or children if they breathe, lick, or touch an area treated by the product? The convenience of always having the ability to disinfect with the turn of a faucet is wonderful."

iClean mini Refill Cartridges will keep your device performing like new. To guarantee you’re getting the maximum ozone in every spray, replace your cartridge every three months (or 1 gallon of water, or about every 27 times you refill the reservoir).
Most of us are familiar with the Oxygen in our air – which consists of two oxygen molecules that are bonded to each other (O2). The iClean mini uses an electrical charge to add an additional oxygen molecule to O2, forming O3 (called Ozone).
The O3 is infused into regular tap water and becomes a powerful disinfectant. Once the ozone comes into contact with a contaminant, one of the oxygen molecules bonds with it and neutralizes it. What is left is the O2 molecule and water.
STEP 1
Oxygen from the air is safely turned into ozone then infused into ordinary tap water.
STEP 2
The ozone is attracted to germs, soils, and bacteria.
STEP 3
Ozone quickly attacks and eliminates contaminants it comes in contact with.
STEP 4
Only pure oxygen and water remain after the ozone cleans and sanitizes.
Our planet's ozone layer protects us by absorbing much of the sun's radiation. The water-infused ozone created in the iClean mini neutralizes harmful elements, protecting us against germs and deadly pathogens.
It’s entirely safe on skin! In fact, it was tested on humans!
The International Clinical & Consumer Research LLC enlisted a panel of 64 people to determine if ozone-infused water would cause irritation and sensitization (contact allergy) to skin. Applications were repeated over three consecutive weeks. The results showed that ZERO participants showed a negative reaction of any sort! See the full study report.
Replace all your pet deodorizers and everyday household cleaning products with this safe device. No harsh chemicals, no lingering smell. Perfect for every home.
The technology used in the iClean mini device to create Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO) has been certified safe by the top regulatory bodies around the world. Once charged, the cordless device lasts about a week. Fill your device with cold or room-temperature tap water, and you're ready to clean. See the pathogens list for how much contact time is needed to kill various bacteria and viruses. It ranges from 30 seconds to 5–15 minutes.
In Tersano's independent studies, as well as many other global studies, ozone has been proven to kill all the pathogens, parasites, and viruses we list below that can be found in many pet environments. If you have any questions about this product, please let us know.
Studies show it can reduce harmful bacteria, such as E. coli – a common bacteria found on dog and cat toys – and Salmonella by 99.999% in 5 minutes. Additionally, in 5 minutes, it can reduce parvovirus by 99.44%.
Cleaning: Completely spray the toy and let it sit for 5 minutes or more. No rinsing or scrubbing is necessary.
Food and water bowls have been found in studies to contain a high bacterial diversity, such as Listeria, Pasteulla sp., Bacillus sp., as well as pathogenic strains of E. coli, Salmonella, and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
Especially for dogs and cats who eat raw food diets, daily disinfection is important. Studies indicate that these diets can contain Salmonella and Listeria, which are harmful to people. Handling their bowls or toys and then touching your mouth puts you at risk of accidental ingestion.
The FDA recommends that pet food bowls be cleaned after each meal and water bowls be cleaned daily. And that means more than a quick wipe of a rag in order to help remove bacterial microbes that could pose a health risk to pets and people.
Cleaning: Completely spray the inside of the bowl(s) and let sit for 5 minutes or more. No rinsing or scrubbing is necessary.
Soiled litter can harbor various kinds of bacteria, such as Campylobacter or Salmonella, and parasites, such as Toxoplasmosis, roundworms, or hookworms, which some are zoonotic (people can become infected)*.
The strong odor that is sometimes present is due to the natural urea, which is turned to ammonia by bacteria as well as the natural pheromones in a cat’s urine. Additionally, certain medical issues, such as urinary tract infections, diabetes, or kidney disease, can also cause odor problems to exist in litterboxes.
Cleaning: It's recommended to hold the iClean mini a fair distance from the box during application to avoid wetting and clumping the litter. No need to wipe the litter box after spraying, but if you do, wait 5 minutes.
The iClean mini is a great last step in cleaning an empty litter box, the scoop, and the indoor container for storing used litter if you use one. Spray and let sit for at least 5 minutes before drying.
*The ozone technology is known to kill some parasitic eggs. More research is needed to prove 100% that all parasitic eggs and larvae are destroyed with ozone treatment. When it comes to litter boxes, though, Salmonella is a dangerous toxin to get rid of, and the ozone treatment will kill it in as little as 30 seconds.
Pet beds become the "bank" where pets deposit dirt, drool, food particles, snot, and anything else they tend to carry around with them. That is why they easily and quickly become grimy and quite smelly.
But besides those seemingly harmless deposits, pet beds can also harbor harmful bacteria such as MRSA (a deadly and highly infectious disease), parasites*, ringworm spores*, urine, and more.
Then there is the matter of fecal matter, which has its own array of bacteria, including Salmonella and Listeria. This is especially concerning for those who are immunocompromised or prone to infections.
Cleaning: Spot clean stains and messes from the fabric and cover the surface area with the solution to disinfect and freshen beds and blankets.

Pets pick up germs when they walk outside, and then they track them indoors. This can pose a problem for anyone, but especially children and immunocompromised people. Common pathogens pets track in are Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus, Aspergillus (a common mold that is inhaled), and more.
Cleaning: We recommend using the iClean mini to spray on a clean cloth or disposable dry wipes like these and then clean your pet's paws. This process doesn't introduce any harsh chemicals to their paws that they could lick off.
After cleaning up the bulk of the mess, it is a good idea to further disinfect the area where your pet soiled, especially if children or immunocompromised individuals are living in your household. For example, a pup’s stool contains bacteria, such as Salmonella and E. coli, that can cause people to get sick. In fact, just one gram (.035 ounces) of poop contains about 23 million coliform bacteria!
Testing showed that the aqueous ozone reduced both Salmonella and E. coli by 99.999% in less than 5 minutes.
Cleaning: Spot clean stains and messes from the fabric, floors, beds, etc. Cover the surface area with the solution and leave for 5 minutes or more. No scrubbing or rinsing is necessary.
SAO is safe for pets – even in direct contact. Spray your pet’s fur to remove unwanted odors and restore its softness.
Killing germs and removing pesticides on fruits and vegetables is not only beneficial but can help them last up to 4 times longer!
Testing, which dates back to the early 1930s, confirms that ozone can reduce microbial spoilage of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. And it’s completely safe!
Washing poultry reduced E. coli and Salmonella by 99%, and a 1989 study found no significant differences in skin color or taste when cleaning with ozonated water as compared to fresh water.
Washing fish with ozonated water extended shelf-life by 5 days.
